Roof Cleaning Services:

Mosses, fungi and other debris are removed by air blowing or low-pressure power washing.
Thorough cleaning of rain gutters.

Shake Roof Services:

Air blow or low-pressure power wash, and apply 100% oil-based coppernaphanate treatment.

If your roof is one to three years old, you may only need to apply an oil-based moss and fungus killer with a wood preservative. If this treatment is done every three to five years, you will reduce roof repairs, stop moss and fungus growth, and eliminate the need for pressure washing in most cases.

Repairs for shake roofs are made with #1 pre-treated shakes.

Metal Roof:

Low-pressure power wash and clean gutters.

Composition or Tile Roof:

Apply a water-based moss treatment. Then power wash dead moss off of the roof.

Annual maintenance programs available.
December 1 through spring.
Pressure washing year-round.
